Debt Syndication Specialist

Visure Investment Affairs is a venture studio specializing in financial strategy and funding solutions. We are seeking an experienced Debt Syndication Manager to lead our debt syndication activities.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in liaising with banks and financial institutions, managing loan documentation, and structuring debt solutions. A strong understanding of SME/MSME Government schemes is required for this client-facing leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end process of debt syndication, including structuring, preparing, presenting, and negotiating loan proposals with banks and financial institutions.
• Advise and assist clients in accessing funding through government schemes for SMEs/MSMEs, ensuring maximum benefit utilization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and rating agencies to facilitate approvals and successful deal closures.
• Oversee preparation, review, and submission of loan documentation, ensuring compliance with all banking, RBI, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on financial products, government incentives, lending policies, and interest rate trends to provide clients with informed borrowing strategies.
• Work with internal teams to gather necessary financial data, business projections, and supporting documents for proposals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA/Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.
• 5-6 years of experience in debt syndication, corporate finance, or banking.
• Strong expertise in SME/MSME government schemes and their practical application in financing.
• Proven track record of successfully syndicating loans and managing end-to-end financing transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of loan structures, credit assessment, financial documentation, and compliance.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with CXOs and bankers.
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
