The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to craft engaging and narrative-driven illustrations. A degree in illustration or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Illustration, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience crafting high-quality 2D illustrations in an agency or in-house setting.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing character art, icons, editorial illustrations, and UI/UX visuals.
- Software Mastery: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, with knowledge of vector and raster workflows.
- Artistic Foundations: Strong grasp of composition, color theory, silhouette, visual storytelling, and adaptability across styles.
- Technical Awareness: Understanding of file formats, resolution requirements, cross-platform usage (web, mobile, print).
- Exceptional attention to detail, consistency, and visual polish.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong time-management—able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
