This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform.

About the Job:

The Senior Power Platform Specialist will be responsible for leading the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This includes designing and developing complex solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, providing technical guidance to junior team members, conducting code reviews, mentoring and coaching developers, fostering T-Shaping and capability growth, ensuring secure and compliant solutions, and collaborating with product architects.

Add-On: Pune Lead Role:

In this role, you will manage project conflicts, improve developer velocity, improve DevOps processes, support and guide a team of developers, develop governance guardrails, lead governance boards, define and maintain governance plans, identify and improve governance processes, coordinate updates from Microsoft, make key decisions on platform changes, and be responsible for environment strategy.

What You Will Do:

This senior position requires a high degree of autonomy and a strong ability to work independently. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements while also ensuring the security and compliance of our systems.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform
  • Proven track record of delivering complex solutions
  • Strong technical skills and expertise in Microsoft Power Platform
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to mentor and coach junior team members
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
