We are seeking an experienced Electrician to evaluate, assemble, and maintain electrical systems in equipment predominantly portable for PM Technologies.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to read electrical system design plans and recommend improvements while calibrating instruments and diagnosing faulty equipment.

  • Key responsibilities include assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, and apparatus.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment and appliances, as well as constructing and fabricating parts using hand tools and specifications.
  • Also, reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics, advising management on continued use of unsuitable equipment, and supervising electricians.
  • Additionally, ordering electrical supplies and equipment, requiring a 2-year electrical, technical, or related degree, and completion of an electrical apprenticeship.
  • Furthermore, at least 2 years' experience as an electrical technician, excellent problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and experience operating hand and power tools, soldering, and fault-testing equipment are necessary.
