Cloud-Based Cybersecurity Engineer Position

We are looking for a skilled engineer to join our team in building a cloud-based web application designed to manage and orchestrate virtual environments through an intuitive admin interface. The system enables users to create, configure, and schedule compute resources, manage access, and monitor sessions — all from a single, secure control panel.

This is not just another admin dashboard — it's a highly scalable, secure, and reliable platform that supports high-volume provisioning, secure user-resource mapping, and real-time management.

About the Project

You will be working on a project that powers cybersecurity education across universities — enabling instructors to deliver cloud labs that feel real, safe, and seamless.

The project requires full-stack development experience, with a focus on secure web development, especially in multi-user systems.

  • We need someone with expertise in JavaScript/Node.js, as well as solid understanding of secure web development practices.
  • Familiarity with education platforms or cloud-based lab delivery is a bonus.

We offer a fast-moving, supportive startup environment and direct collaboration with the product lead.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of full-stack web development experience
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/Node.js
  • Solid understanding of secure web development, especially in multi-user systems
  • Experience working with queues, scheduling, and async backend processes
  • Knowledge of RBAC, tokens, API communication, and form validation
