As a critical member of our team, you will play a key role in helping improve large language models (LLMs) and become an expert on how to leverage AI to enhance your analytical skills. This is your chance to future-proof your career in an AI-first world.

  • You'll analyze and create scenarios to improve LLM models, providing correct answers and explanations to help models learn from their mistakes.
  • Examples of tasks include analyzing sales data by month across locations, determining which location has grown the most, and delivering mail to specific neighborhoods based on certain rules.

Requirements :

  • High level of reading and writing comprehension in English.
  • Good research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
  • Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Available for up to 40 hours/week during US business hours.
  • Desktop/Laptop set up with a good internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related field.
  • Professional writing experience in roles such as business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
