This role offers:

  • Founding Engineer status – your fingerprints shape the stack, product & culture
  • Build solutions for hard problems: reasoning agents, fragmented data, and AI infra under audit constraints
  • Equity Ownership (0.3% – 1%) with flexible cash/equity tradeoff
  • Be one of the first few backend engineers in a truly mission-critical role
  • Remote-first setup with opportunities for in-person collaboration

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4–8 years backend software engineering experience
  • Strong builder/founder mindset – ideally ex-founder/CTO or early engineer at a VC-backed startup
  • Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask)
  • Top-tier university background (IITs preferred)
  • Clear motivation for a high-impact role

Nice-to-have: Experience in fintech, ERP/accounting systems, or AI infra
