Job Title: ODI Consultant

Objective: Design, implement, and manage data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data into target systems.
  • Design and maintain interfaces, packages, and load plans in ODI 12c to ensure efficient data processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, resolve data discrepancies, and optimize data flow.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop expertise in handling index partitions and synonyms in Oracle databases.
  • Apply best practices to minimize execution time and optimize performance.
  • Work closely with project managers and leads to ensure scope implementation according to agreed-upon plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clarity on ETL work and progress.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level knowledge of ODI 12c, including interface design, package development, and load plan optimization.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts.
  • Experience working with Oracle databases, including index partitioning and synonym management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
