**Job Title:** Experienced Interior Design Professional
Livspace, a leading home interiors and renovation platform, seeks an experienced Interior Design Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, with excellent creative thinking skills and the ability to create designs based on conversations with clients.
The successful candidate will be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust their approach based on feedback. They will also maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends to provide the best ideas for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure
- Ensuring customer experience during a project
- Leading and owning quality and accuracy of design deliverables
- Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Graduation or relevant diploma with 15 years' academic education
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an interior designer
- Led and delivered minimum 5-6 residential projects
- Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD
- Design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning), and civil works & services (specifications & installation details)
- Project expertise in creating BOQs for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies
- Sales expertise in sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitch, driving and leading design meetings with customers
- Behavioural attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication, and a high degree of willingness to learn and drive performance among independent team members

We offer a competitive salary of ₹120,000 - ₹180,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
