As a Subject Matter Expert, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on education by creating engaging and interactive digital content, including concept explanations, examples, illustrations, and practice exercises, covering various topics in mathematics.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of curriculum standards and educational frameworks for mathematics at the school level, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Curriculum Alignment: Align digital content with the curriculum standards and learning objectives specified for classes 6-12
- Content Development: Develop engaging and interactive digital content, including concept explanations, examples, illustrations, and practice exercises, covering various topics in mathematics
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and validations of content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with educational standards and guidelines
- Pedagogical Excellence: Apply pedagogical principles and instructional design best practices to create content that promotes active learning, critical thinking, and conceptual understanding among students
- Innovation: Explore innovative approaches and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of digital learning materials, keeping abreast of the latest trends and advancements in education
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, graphic designers, and multimedia developers, to integrate content seamlessly into digital learning platforms

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Education, or a related field; Master's degree or higher preferred
- Proven experience as a Physics, Chemistry Teacher or Curriculum Developer, preferably in a K-12 educational setting
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in education
