Job Title :
Senior Python Developer

For TK-Chain, we are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to drive our projects forward and ensure the quality of our software solutions. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who can lead a team of junior Python developers based in the US and work during EST hours.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of junior Python developers, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Python applications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain codebase integrity.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our tech stack cutting-edge.

Requirements :

  • 7+ years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Expertise in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Strong experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency with database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Solid knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) and best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring developers.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Availability to work during EST hours.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
  • Background in Agile/Scrum development processes.
