Main Responsibilities- Evaluate clinical procedures and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct compliance audits and assessments to provide continuous improvement feedback.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to guide them on best practices.
- Colelct, analyze, and interpret clinical quality data and metrics.
- Prepare and engage in client audits to ensure preparedness and compliance.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations on quality findings.
- BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BHMS, Pharm D, BYNS degree or equivalent.
- 4 years of clinical or healthcare setting experience.
- Profound knowledge of medical terminology and clinical processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for complex data handling.
