Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounting tasks, including income tax, GST, and TDS return filing.

- Oversee legal compliance and review financial/legal documents.

- Manage monthly salary disbursements and payments.

- Support investment activities: due diligence, financial modelling, and risk analysis.

- Monitor portfolio company performance and prepare reports for the Investment Committee.

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.

Experience: 3-5 years post-qualification experience in accounting, tax compliance, and financial analysis with strong knowledge of income tax, GST, and TDS regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in startup investment and financial analysis is a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills are required.
