Expert Full Stack Developer

This is a challenging role for an expert full stack developer. The successful candidate will be part of a distributed team working on large-scale web applications.

  1. The primary responsibility will be to design and develop scalable architecture patterns for complex web applications.
  2. Candidates must have extensive experience with the MERN stack, including ReactJS, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and MySQL/RDS.

Additional requirements include:

  • Proven expertise in writing high-quality, optimized code.
  • Ability to collaborate with a remote team based in India, sharing knowledge, conducting code reviews, and enforcing software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
  • Strong interest in developing AI-driven features.

Selected candidates will undergo a thorough screening process, which includes a resume review, technical interview, and personal interview.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with MERN stack.
  • Excellent coding skills and ability to write well-documented code.
  • Strong understanding of micro-service architecture.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, GraphQL, gRPC protocol, and Jest.
  • Experience with Github, JIRA, and AWS.
  • Knowledge of storage layers, development tools, and testing frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend daily stand-up meetings on Zoom at 9:00 IST.
  • Collaborate with the team, share knowledge, and conduct code reviews.
  • Write unit tests for work products.
  • Be available full-time during IST daytime hours.

We offer a competitive hourly rate between $18 to $28/hour net to the successful candidate, determined based on skills, experience, and performance in the technical interview and background check.
