Job Description

This role involves ensuring company-wide compliance with food safety laws, managing documentation and audits, and liaising with regulatory authorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating product testing, food sample analysis, and ensuring timely corrective actions for non-compliance.

  • Maintain and update regulatory documentation, licenses, registrations (FSSAI Central/State licenses, Food Business Operator registration, etc.)
  • Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance, and operations teams to ensure sourcing, storage, and food handling processes meet legal standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in FSSAI compliance, food analysis, and regulatory affairs
  • Strong understanding of FSS Act, 2006, and its regulations & notifications
