The Role
We're seeking a dynamic Team Leader to guide and inspire our dedicated Customer Services team. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to drive team performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for team development, supporting team members in their daily tasks, delivering training on the job, and evaluating team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Support team members in their daily tasks and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify and address areas for improvement in team processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience in the travel industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).
- Windows, MS Office, Google Applications (expert).
- Fluent in English - any additional language will be considered a plus.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
