Job Summary

  • We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our organization.

About the Role

  1. Create high-fidelity user interface designs that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.
  2. Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  3. Champion design consistency and establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.
  4. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing leadership and expertise in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  5. Conduct and lead user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iteratively enhance designs based on user-centered design principles and usability testing results.
  6. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a profound expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs.
  • Deep knowledge of front-end development technologies and their influence on design feasibility.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
