We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality content that showcases our expertise in Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Digital Transformation.

  • Create and manage a wide range of content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website content, technical documentation, solution briefs, video scripts, emailers, and more.
  • Translate complex concepts from Data, AI, and Digital Transformation into engaging narratives tailored for both technical and business audiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts to gather insights and validate content for accuracy.
  • Support product marketing, sales enablement, and campaigns with compelling and persuasive content assets.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the Data, AI, and digital ecosystem to ensure content relevance and thought leadership.
  • Manage editorial calendars, ensure brand tone and consistency across all platforms.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in AI, Data Science, Cloud, or Digital Transformation domains.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI tools, Data platforms, Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), and digital strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in writing for developer audiences, business stakeholders, and enterprise customers.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple content deliverables with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace, Jira, Trello).
  • Bonus: Experience working in a tech consulting, SaaS, or enterprise IT services environment.
