Junior Architect Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Architect to join our team. This role involves leading the design ideation and development process in multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

  • This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior architects to develop and implement innovative design solutions, while maintaining adherence to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and coordination sets for construction teams.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local building regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • COA registration is an added advantage.
  • Excellent design thinking and project coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of local development control rules and regulations.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office, and Photoshop.
