Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned security leader to spearhead our threat detection engineering initiatives. As a Manager, Security Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in developing and operationalizing threat detection content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead a dynamic team of security engineers in achieving strategic objectives.
- Threat Detection: Oversee the development and deployment of threat detection content, ensuring seamless integration with our MDR Platform and SOC Analysts.
- Process Improvement: Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies, implementing data-driven recommendations to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to scale team functions and operations, driving measurable results and organizational growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership Experience: 7+ years of experience leading or managing a team.
- Security Expertise: 2+ years of experience as a security analyst and 1+ year in threat detection engineering.
- Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK Matrix Framework or similar industry standards.
