Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Operations Manager to join our team at Supersourcing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical staffing, with experience in both contract and full-time hiring.



Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Use a data-driven approach to source high-quality technical talent, leveraging multiple platforms and networks.
  • Convince and engage top talent by effectively communicating role benefits and career growth opportunities.
  • Maintain low drop rates by setting clear candidate expectations and providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Fulfill roles efficiently while ensuring talent quality meets client standards.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in technical staffing, with experience in both contract and full-time hiring.
  • A strong background in working with low drop rates is highly valued.
  • Proven ability in candidate sourcing, engagement, and pitching for technical roles.
  • Solid negotiation and persuasion skills to secure quality hires.
  • Understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and market trends.
