Finance Expert for S/4 HANA Implementations

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Expert to join our team in delivering S/4 HANA implementations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global client base and drive business growth.

Job Description

  • Prior experience in SAP consulting, including customer-facing implementations, roll-outs, and expert advisory assignments in S/4 HANA environment.
  • Independently lead teams of consultants and oversee solution delivery without escalations.
  • Participate in customer workshops, manage scope, and customer expectations.

What You'll Bring

  • Professionally qualified Chartered Accountant/CMA/MBA Finance with 4-8 years of SAP consulting experience in Finance & Controlling, plus a good understanding of business processes obtained during previous stints with established corporate/industry/audit firms/consulting firms.
  • Must have understanding of FICO processes covered or related to AR, AP, GL, AA, IO, CCA, Integration, tax processes etc.
  • Hands-on experience in one of the following areas of Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM – Credit Management, Collections/Disputes), Cash Management (Cash Flows, Inhouse Cash).
  • Deep expertise around FI or CO or TRM or FSCM or GR or PaPM.
  • Good understanding of functional integration aspects with other SAP modules.
  • Experience in S/4 HANA green field implementations or conversions.
  • One or more end-to-end Process Implementation cycles experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in/with teams and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Certification in the Core area.
  • Travel-ready and able to work with customers/teams across cultures.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Successful candidates may be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor.
