Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure seamless functionality across our NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, Shopify eCommerce, and Celigo integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans for end-to-end validation of critical business workflows, including order-to-cash, inventory, and financial processes within NetSuite.
  • Verify real-time data synchronization between systems, troubleshoot API failures, and audit error logs to ensure high-quality results.
  • Log defects in Jira/Monday.com, providing detailed steps to reproduce, screenshots, and severity levels for efficient issue resolution.
  • Design and develop Java/Selenium or Typescript/Playwright scripts for regression testing, leveraging NetSuite's Suite Script for custom test validations and ensuring robust automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong expertise in NetSuite ERP and iPaaS tools.
  • Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Shopify, or Celigo is a significant advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to isolate defects in complex multi-system environments.
  • Collaboration: Effective teamwork with dev teams, business analysts, and project managers to drive project success.
  • Proactive Approach: Identifying potential risks before production deployments and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
