Internal Audit Professional

The Internal Audit Department provides an independent and objective assessment of the reliability and integrity of financial and select operating information. It evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of our systems and internal controls, and compliance with our policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the creation and execution of a risk-based audit plan, reporting results to leadership and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
  • Conduct audits with an emphasis on assessing emerging areas of risk, including revenue recognition, contract accounting, compliance, fraud, operations, and outsourcing.
  • Leverage data analytics and automation techniques to achieve comprehensive risk coverage and deliver high-quality audit results.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with auditees and team members, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Stay abreast of company policies and procedures, current developments in accounting and auditing professions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Chartered Accountant with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience (Assistant Manager) or 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (Senior Executive) in external or internal auditing.
  • Experience in data analytics in audit lifecycle.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial, operational, compliance, and systems auditing techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, report drafting, and presentation skills, and proficiency with the English language.
  • Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
