International Student Visa Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in handling international student visa applications for European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire student visa filing process, from application to issuance.
  • Review and verify all visa-related documents thoroughly to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/VFS requirements.
  • Schedule VFS appointments and coordinate with students regarding necessary documentation and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines for EU countries.
  • Fulfill university applications on behalf of students, ensuring all forms, essays, and documents meet specific criteria.
  • Maintain and manage individual student files, tracking application status and visa processing timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with students, universities, and consulates as needed.
  • Ensure precision, attention to detail, and organization in all administrative processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in international student visa processing, specifically in European visa applications.
  • Strong knowledge of VFS processes, embassy rules, and document verification for countries like Germany, France, Finland, etc.
  • Experience in university application filing (online portals, SOPs, LORs, documentation, etc.).
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office, PDFs, and document conversion/formatting tools.
