AI Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced AI developer to join our mission-driven organization.

  • Build cutting-edge tools that power social impact, leveraging LangChain, FastAPI, and Vector DBs (Pinecone etc).
  • Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with embeddings, chunking, and similarity search.
  • Design Smart workflows with persistent memory (Redis, in-memory caching, or custom layers).
  • Develop modular APIs that are async, fast, and production-ready.
  • Implement end-to-end features — from prompt engineering to deploying in Docker/CI/CD pipelines.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong Python skills, with hands-on FastAPI experience (async endpoints, dependency injection, modular project structure).
  • Knowledge of LangChain, LLMs, and Vector DBs (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or FAISS).
  • Comfort with stateful/memory systems (Redis, Postgres JSONB, or custom context persistence).
  • Familiarity with Docker and Git-based CI/CD workflows.
  • Understanding of Postgres schema design and migrations.

Bonus: Frontend experience with React + Tailwind is a plus.
