Celebrity Stylist and Sourcing Assistant

Job Summary:

This role involves assisting in sourcing garments, styling celebrities, and overseeing logistical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Garment Sourcing: Identify and acquire stylish items for celebrity clients based on their needs and upcoming events.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate shipping, deliveries, and returns of styling materials.
  • Stylist Collaboration: Foster relationships with stylists for PR collaborations and suggest garments for celebrity appearances.
  • Shoot Organization: Assist in booking teams for photoshoots and recommend models.
  • Content Maintenance: Keep records of all content produced through celebrity styling efforts.
  • Administrative Support: Provide scheduling, filing, and general operational assistance related to the department.

Requirements:

  • Fashion passion and expertise, especially in the celebrity sector.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in fashion, PR, or event management is beneficial.
  • Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, or related field.
