As a data engineer, your mission is to optimize technology infrastructure and drive data-driven success. You will work closely with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate data requirements into technical solutions.

  • Migrate End-to-End Data Warehousing and ETL Processes to Snowflake and dbt.
  • Design and Develop Efficient ETL/ELT Pipelines within Snowflake and dbt Environment.
  • Optimize Teradata SQL and Informatica Workflows for Performance on Snowflake Platform.
  • Establish Data Quality, Governance, and Security Standards within Snowflake.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Best Practices for Data Modeling, CI/CD, and Version Control using Git.
  2. Mentor Junior Engineers and Contribute to Continuous Improvement of Data Engineering Practice.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to Translate Business Requirements into Technical Solutions.

Requirements

  • 5–10 Years of Experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Related Field.
  • Demonstrable Expertise in Migrating Data Platforms from On-Premises/Legacy Systems to Cloud Environments.
  • Hands-On Experience with Teradata for Data Warehousing and Informatica for ETL Development.
  • Expert-Level Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehousing, including Performance Tuning and Platform Administration.
  • Strong Experience with dbt (data build tool) for Data Transformation, Testing, and Documentation.
  • Exceptional Proficiency in SQL and Programming Language (Python Preferred).
  • Experience with Cloud Services and Setting up Data Ingestion from Various Sources.
  • Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Communication Skills.
