About the Apprentice Program

At Starbucks India, we are committed to providing a comprehensive learning experience for our future partners. This 12-month paid apprenticeship program is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
• Creating a memorable Starbucks experience by delivering quality beverages and products, maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment, and adhering to our guiding principles

Eligibility Criteria

• Students pursuing 11th or Secondary / 10th pass level
• Minimum 16 years of age
• Valid Aadhar card
