Job Title: Training Director

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in implementing and monitoring training programs that drive performance and skill development for our frontline staff, kitchen crew, and store managers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering effective training programs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct induction programs for new employees and deliver soft skills and technical training
  • Organize on-the-job training and refresher courses for existing staff
  • Facilitate leadership and upskilling sessions for crew leads and supervisors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • 1+ years experience in training, preferably in QSR, retail, or hospitality sector
  • Certification in training/facilitation is a plus
