Fund Accounting Operations in AIF/PMS: operational knowledge of fund accounting, PMS, AIF, or hedge funds is required. The ideal candidate will have experience with NAV calculation using series/equalisation method, order generation for portfolio managers/AIF, trade processing and settlement of stock, and recording of corporate actions and settlements.
Responsibilities:
- Operational knowledge of fund accounting, PMS, AIF, or hedge funds
- CALCULATION OF NET ASSET VALUE (NAV) USING SERIES/EQUALISATION METHOD
- ORDER GENERATION FOR PORTFOLIO MANAGERS/AIF
- TRADE PROCESSING AND SETTLEMENT OF STOCK
- RECORDING OF CORPORATE ACTIONS AND SETTLEMENTS
- KNOWLEDGE OF ACCRUAL AND POSTING ACCOUNTING ENTRIES FOR EACH TRANSACTION FOR SECURITIES AND CASH
- RECONCILIATION OF SECURITIES AND CASH POSITIONS FOR EACH INVESTOR ACCOUNT
- SENDING CLIENT REPORTS
- SUBMISSION ON REGULATORY REPORTS
- FEE CALCULATIONS FOR PORTFOLIO MANAGERS/AIF
