Acquisition Growth Manager Job Overview

The primary role of the Acquisition Growth Manager is to oversee the expansion and profitability of live mobile game portfolios through targeted user acquisition campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning and management of performance-driven UA campaigns across various channels and regions.
  • Daily and weekly campaign optimization to achieve ROAS, ROI, and LTV targets.
  • Campaign performance analysis using industry-standard tools and internal dashboards, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaboration with Product and Live Ops teams to align UA spend with key events, content updates, and monetization opportunities.
  • Partnering with Creative/Art teams to develop and test high-volume ad creatives, driving incremental growth through structured creative testing.
  • Evaluating performance across geos, channels, and audience segments via cohort analysis.
  • Generating clear reporting for stakeholders, communicating UA performance and learnings effectively.
