Job Overview

About this managerial role, you will be responsible for managing large Question Banks and Subject Expert panels.

  • Quality Assurance of Assessment Items.
  • Structure & design Question Banks with quality standards for writing & review.
  • Inventory Management and Maintaining optimum levels of item availability in assigned domains/subjects.
  • SME (Subject Matter Expert) Management:
  • Define selection criteria and strategy.
  • Monitor SME performance quality.
  • Train and develop SME pools in different domains/subjects.
  • Extensive coordination with SMEs for all test development activities.
  • Test Designing: Create test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinate with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to meet project requirements. You are expected to support the Lead Subject Admin in delivering projects and fulfilling organizational needs.

After exams, you will perform questions analysis and reporting to higher management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Quality Standards of Assessment Items.
  • Develop Questions Banks with Structure and Design.
  • Manage Inventory Levels in Domains/Sub-jets.
  • Lead SME Management Team.
  • Coordinate Test Development Activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Competency in School Subjects up to 12th Level as per NCERT Syllabus.
  • Understanding of Education System in India and Boards like CBSE/NCERT.
  • Experience in Test Designs and Blueprint Creation.
  • Proficiency in English Language and Spoken Hindi.
  • Knowledge of one STEM domain from Engineering, Mathematics & Physics, Chemistry & Biology.
