Job Title: Industrial Automation Specialist

Description: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing control systems for industrial applications using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). You will work closely with our engineering team to develop machine logic and programs, perform panel testing, PLC I/O testing, and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design and develop control systems for industrial applications using PLCs.">
  • Develop machine logic and programs as per defined requirements.">
  • Perform panel testing, PLC I/O testing, and troubleshoot issues.">
  • Study panel drawings and suggest changes if required.">
  • Test machines at the factory and install them at site.">
  • Commission machines at site and prepare documentation of control and ladder drawings.">
  • Prepare flow charts and open to traveling for projects.">
  • Candidate must have experience in working with system integrators and good hold in PLC programming.">
  • Must have knowledge of HMI/GOT, SCADA, VFD programming, and advance programming like communication protocols and servo motors programming.">

Qualifications:

  • B-Tech in Electronic & Communication from a reputed regular college.">
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in PLC programming in a system house/system integrator.">
  • Good hold in PLC, HMI/GOT, SCADA, VFD programming, and advance programming.">
  • Familiarity with Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Allen-Bradley PLC brands.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
