We are seeking an experienced Apparel Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing kidswear garments that embody our luxury-capsule vision.
Job DescriptionAs an Apparel Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and timeless pieces for children aged 1-6 years old. Your role will involve:
- Designing kidswear garments that showcase our luxury-capsule aesthetic
- Developing print concepts and artwork for production-ready samples
- Creating seasonal concepts, sketches, and detailed flats focused on comfort, growth stages, and practicality
- Researching fabrics, trims, and construction techniques that balance softness, durability, and sustainability
- Design and develop print concepts and artwork for production-ready samples
- Collaborate with vendors on sampling, revisions, and timelines
- Monitor production timelines and sample deliveries with precision
- Build and maintain crystal-clear tech packs: graded specs, stitch counts, trims, BOMs, and construction notes
- 2-5 yrs apparel design experience (kidswear)
- Proven skill in print development—creating seamless repeats, artwork separations, and colorways ready for production
- Strong grasp of garment construction, sizing for ages 1–6, and safe materials
- Creative storyteller with an eye for luxury details
- Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-driven
- Excellent communicator and team player
