Job Opportunity in Footwear Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Intern - Footwear. As a key member of our footwear department, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of footwear concepts, sketches, and mood boards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative footwear concepts and sketches that align with global and local fashion trends.
  • Conduct thorough research on consumer insights, competitor products, and market analysis.
  • Support product development by providing technical specifications, sampling, and material selection expertise.
  • Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure timely sample follow-ups.
  • Prepare engaging presentations, range plans, and product catalogs that showcase our footwear collections.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of product details, costing sheets, and style references.
  • Support photoshoots, merchandising displays, and social media/product content creation when required.
  • Provide general support in the day-to-day operations of the footwear department.

  • Product Development: Strong understanding of product development processes and timelines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
