Job Title

The Senior Cyber Security Strategist oversees all aspects of delivery, ensuring customer needs are met. This includes resource planning, staffing, cost estimation, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations, managing a team of professionals.
  • Develop and continuously improve the Cyber Security strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee service delivery, driving operational excellence and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance delivery.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with other leads and the global Cyber Security team to share best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Several years in IT, preferably in cyber security, with significant leadership experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Cyber Security industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and develop talent.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of operational best practices in Cyber Security, including process improvement and quality management.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management principles and ability to manage profitability.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Change Management: Experience in managing change and leading teams through change.
  • Cultural Awareness: In a global environment, understanding and respecting cultural differences is crucial.
