AI Solutions Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents across departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, etc.) using Microsoft Co-Pilot.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in AI implementation, automation, and agent development.
Experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot, including prompt engineering, agent creation, and workflow automation is a must.
- Develop scalable and sustainable frameworks for AI adoption across the organization.
- Create role-play simulations and interactive tools to assist in job-specific performance enhancement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads to understand needs and identify AI automation opportunities.
- Design and deploy AI agents tailored to departmental requirements.
- Automate business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for internal AI automation strategy and best practices.
