Product Visionary: Loyalty Program Expert

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned product visionary with expertise in loyalty program management. This role involves defining and owning the roadmap for loyalty and investor engagement programs, aligning with overall product and customer growth strategies.

The successful candidate will design reward mechanisms that incentivize learning through educational content, community participation, and repeat investments. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build seamless loyalty experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities include leveraging data and analytics to identify customer behavior patterns, measure program effectiveness, and refine initiatives for maximum ROI. The candidate will also integrate gamification elements into community and educational experiences to drive deeper engagement and retention.

Benchmark industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure the loyalty program remains differentiated and compelling. Manage program operations end-to-end, including backlog prioritization, user story creation, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of product management or product ownership experience, ideally with customer engagement, loyalty, or fintech/consumer platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and customer insights to shape loyalty initiatives and optimize engagement.
  • Demonstrates collaborative leadership, working effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver impactful features.
  • Passionate about building customer trust and long-term retention, with experience applying gamification, rewards, or community-driven engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Loyalty program expertise: Experience designing and implementing loyalty programs.
  • Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Data-driven decision making: Strong analytical skills and ability to drive product decisions with data.
