Corporate Lawyer

Stader Labs, a leading innovator in the digital assets space, is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team. Job Overview:

• As a key member of our legal team, you will provide critical support on various aspects of our business, including contract drafting, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, intellectual property matters, and dispute resolution.
• You will work closely with our compliance, product, and business teams to ensure seamless alignment across departments and maintain a deep understanding of our company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Contract Drafting & Review: Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, including partnership agreements, licensing agreements, service agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure our company adheres to relevant regulations and legal frameworks, particularly in the cryptocurrency and DeFi sectors, by conducting thorough research and providing expert guidance.
• Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on emerging issues in blockchain technology, digital assets, and DeFi regulations, providing valuable insights that inform our business strategies.
• Corporate Governance: Support corporate governance activities, including drafting board resolutions, maintaining corporate records, and advising on governance issues, all while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
• Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving disputes, including liaising with external counsel and supporting litigation processes, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with colleagues from various departments, promoting open communication and collaboration to drive success.
• Intellectual Property: Manage intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights related to our products and technologies, protecting our innovations and brand identity.

Qualifications:

• Education: A law degree (LL.B or equivalent) from a reputable institution, showcasing your expertise in corporate law, contract law, or regulatory compliance.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the technology or blockchain industry, highlighting your ability to navigate complex environments and stay current with emerging trends.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and emerging legal challenges in the crypto space, demonstrating your commitment to lifelong learning.

Salary: $120,000 per year

Location: Remote work opportunities available; occasional travel may be required for meetings and conferences.
