Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to contribute to our design team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend key project meetings to communicate with client teams, representatives, and engineers as directed by the project manager and seniors.
  • Develop architectural designs and plans, preparing building sections, elevation options, schedules, and other design documents required for each phase of a project.
  • Collaborate on concept design, furniture design, and finishing details with detailed drawings for show and sample flats, developing presentations and mood boards in consultation with seniors.
  • Coordinate interfaces between the Engineering team and Project Management team, ensuring effective transfer of information between the two.
  • Assist in research and coordination of materials and products as per project specifications.

 

Requirements:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A keen eye for detail and a highly creative individual.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Ability to think and create in three dimensions.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
