Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our Finance Department in two key locations. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in hotel/resort finance, with strong leadership and analytical skills, proficiency in financial reporting and compliance, and excellent communication and team management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Accounts, Credit, and overall finance operations
  • Ensure timely statutory and legal compliance
  • Manage budgets and cost control
  • Generate and monitor cash flow, MIS, P&L, and balance sheet reports
  • Liaise with banks and financial institutions
  • Train and evaluate finance staff
  • Conduct departmental meetings and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Drive performance, efficiency, and compliance

What We're Looking For:

  • 6–8 years of hotel/resort finance experience
