Job Overview

RMT Engineering is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Executive – Software Services to lead our recruitment efforts in the software services division.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified professionals across various technology roles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for software and IT service roles, involving sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define job specifications.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans through job boards, professional networks, and internal databases.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical fit, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Recruitment Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting through applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Talent Pipelines: Monitor industry trends and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives to attract top technical talent.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Recruitment Experience: 2–4 years of experience in IT or software services recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or consulting environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and current market trends.
  • Sourcing Tools: Experience with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fast-Paced Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced services environment with multiple concurrent open positions.
  • HR Analytics: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR analytics.
  • Networking Skills: Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
