ServiceNow Workflow Specialist Job Description:

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Workflow Specialist to design, develop, and integrate workflows on ServiceNow with MDM platforms like Informatica and Stibo. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing ServiceNow workflows for SKU creation and product data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Design and Implementation: Create and implement ServiceNow workflows for SKU creation and product data processes.
  • MDM Integration: Integrate workflows with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Stibo STEP).
  • Skelta BPM Support: Enhance and support existing Skelta BPM workflows.
  • Business Requirements Gathering: Gather business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.
  • Workflow Lifecycle Management: Lead the workflow lifecycle: design, testing, rollout, and support.
  • Training and Demos: Conduct workshops, training, and demos for business teams.
  • Compliance and Performance: Ensure workflows meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

  • 6–8 years of workflow development and integration experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design.
  • Experience with FMCG domain (SKU lifecycle, product data management).
  • Integration knowledge with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP.
  • Experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
