About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Java Developer who can spearhead the development of cloud-native applications using Java. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications using J2EE platforms, Spring Boot, and other relevant frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java software development, with a strong focus on object-oriented programming, design patterns, and cloud-native technologies. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior developers.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design solutions, and implement them using agile methodologies.
