Manual Tester Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester to excel in our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product requirements to define acceptance criteria
  • Design, create, and maintain reusable test scripts
  • Execute manual testing
  • Review Test Plans with Product Management and Development teams
  • Provide estimates on Test resources and effort to support prioritization and planning
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using bug tracking tools
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure timely resolution of issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in manual testing (SEO agency experience preferred)
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
  • Practical knowledge of Selenium for automated test script development
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
