We are seeking a Data Insights Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working with large datasets, creating interactive dashboards, and providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve our internal data infrastructure, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Create complex SQL queries to support reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Design and manage data pipelines, utilizing tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
Business Intelligence & Reporting:
  • Build advanced dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio for product, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Develop templates and reports for product funnels, cohorts, and revenue tracking.
Product & Behavioral Analytics:
  • Manage and configure tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude, setting up tracking for user actions and product features.
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to validate attribution data.
Attribution & Campaign Tracking:
  • Ensure accurate tracking using UTM parameters and campaign data.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define data needs and develop solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficient in SQL, with expertise in optimizing queries and data models.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Experience working with product analytics platforms like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking and attribution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to diverse audiences.
