Job Title

As a data analyst, you will be responsible for capturing, organizing, and analyzing large amounts of data to drive business decisions.

You will work closely with our global regions to implement internal systems and ensure seamless data capture and sharing across projects.

  • Assist in the development of cost indices and escalation models by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data.
  • Manage and maintain a construction project cost database, including data capture, organization, storage, and analysis.
  • Utilize Excel to manage and analyze large datasets, identifying trends and insights that inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with estimators and quantity surveyors to fill gaps in data and enhance our understanding of project costs.
  • Contribute to the process of collecting, capturing, and utilizing historical data to inform future decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree + 2 years relevant experience.
  • Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and data management.
  • Strong understanding of IT technology, including Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau is beneficial.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently as part of a team.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and certifications.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
