As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.

Your primary focus will be on creating effective HR strategies that promote a positive workplace environment and improve employee engagement. You will work closely with management to identify recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with management to identify recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, compensation, and benefits information.
• Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address problems to promote a healthy work environment.
• Design and run training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational development.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in HR management or related fields.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
