Job Overview

The ideal candidate will oversee the production and supply of high-quality products to various markets as per our business plan.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain product yields within budget.
  • Execute production plans, monitor shop floor activities, and coordinate with other support departments.
  • Establish systems for effective manufacturing and packing controls in line with current Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Comply with global regulatory requirements for drug product facilities.
  • Develop teams to handle multiple jobs.
  • Implement operational excellence through Lean initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen at the shop floor.
  • Review batch production records, SOPs, and GMP documents.
  • Ensure timely review and closure of investigations, deviations, change controls, OOS, with effective CAPA implementation.
  • Effectively transfer technology as per written procedures and comply with regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in tablet sales and manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
